Phase One XT Lens Repair

What is the Lens Repair
The Phase One Reliance Shutter has been tested to over 1 million actuations! So it is extremely reliable. But  If your Lens does stop working, then it is usually an electronics or Shutter failure, this may be because of dust or an impact.

What is the Procedure
The lens needs to be delivered to our service point in London.
The camera will then be sent to the Phase One Service Centre where it will undergo a full-service check.
The lens will have either the electronic or shutter replaced or both.

Check Firmware Level and upgrade where required
Minor adjustments
Electronics or/and Shutter replaced
Clean
Final Check and Test

Breakdown of Costs
The Electronics/shutter replacement  is £4,200 + VAT
The cost of shipping the Camera to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT
