What is  an  XF Prism / V-Grip service check
The service check will fix any Button or Dial failure.

What is the Procedure
The XF Prism/ V-Grip needs to be delivered to our service point in London
The XF Prism/ V-Grip will then be sent to the Phase One Service Centre where it will undergo a full service check

Replace failed or worn components
Test

Breakdown of Costs
The service check is £135 + VAT
The cost of shipping the Back to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT
Please ensure that the back is properly packaged

Please note this repair is only for Buttons and Dials, should any other faults be found during the service, then you will be notified of the fault and any additional cost this might incur.

With Phase One's flat rate pricing policy, the following will be repaired under  "Service Check"  If any physical damage or Electrical failure is found, we will notify you of the work required and the cost.
