The Lens needs to be delivered to our service point in London
The Lens will then be sent to the Phase One Service Centre where it will undergo a full service check 
Check Firmware Level and upgrade where required

The service and Full Repair is £135+ VAT
The cost of shipping the Back to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT

Please note this is just a basic service, should any other faults be found during the service, then you will be notified of the fault and any additional cost this might incur.

With Phase One's flat rate pricing policy, the following will be serviced under  "Service Check"  If any component failure or physical damage is found, we will notify you of the work recommended/required and the cost.
