Phase One 645AF/DF/DF+/XF Service Check

What is the Service Check
If your camera doesn't seem to be performing as you expect it to, then a Phase One service check is the solution. The service includes testing of all components, firmware updates, AE and AF Adjustments and internal clean. 
If there is a problem this service will find it, we will advise you of the issue/s found and the cost to repair.
The minimum charge will be £135 + VAT + shipping. As Phase One have fixed repair costs the most expensive repair would be £670 + VAT (Tier 1: Shutter Replacement, Main PCB, AF sensor Replacement) 
On rare occasions there maybe other repairs required (This is normally for drop damage or excessively high useage)

What is the Procedure
The Camera needs to be delivered to our service point in London (Do not send the Prism or the batteries)
The camera will then be sent to the Phase One Service Centre where it will undergo a full-service check.
If it passes all the test it will be returned, if Phase One find faults or potentially future issues, they will make their recommendations, these will have additional costs, but it will be your decision if you want to go ahead with the repairs or have the camera returned.

Final Check and Test

Breakdown of Costs
The service check is £135 + VAT
The cost of shipping the Camera to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT
