The original Redwing light boom

It features brass bearings for ultra-smooth movements and precise positioning. Thanks to its unique parallelogram design the light source always remains parellel to the object, regardless of the height.

The head extension at the end of the boom offers rotation up to 360° controlled by a convenient handle (extension available). Indicators at the pivoting point and the rotation make it easier to repeat a set-up. The boom assembles in less than five minutes and requires no tools.

The sliding counterweight system is there to balance the weight of the light source and shaper. Once the balance is set, there is no need to lock the boom into position - raise or lower the light to the height required and let go. The boom stays put without locking a clamp or crank.
