Phase One Digital Back Service Check

What is the Service Check
If your Digital Back doesn't seem to be performing as you expect it to, then a Phase One service check is the solution. The service includes condition check and cleaning. If needed re-calibration and firmware upgrade. Minor repair(s) to external ports such as; Lens sync, Motor port and Multi connector port. (See exception below!) Cleaning of filter (Not replacement of filter!).
If there is a problem this service will find it, we will advise you of the issue/s found and the cost to repair.
The minimum charge will be £500 + VAT + shipping. As Phase One has fixed repair costs the most expensive repair would be £2,500 + VAT (Tier 1: Full back repair, Sensor failure, Sensor Board, Comms board, Main CPU) 
On rare occasions, there may be other repairs required (This is normally for drop damage or IR Filter Exchange)

What is the Procedure
The Back needs to be delivered to our service point in London
The Back will then be sent to the Phase One Service Centre where it will undergo a full service check as well as an IR Filter exchange.

Check Firmware Level and upgrade where required
Check and replace repair ports
Check and test media ports
Check and test the touch screen interface
Clean the Sensor and replace the IR Filter
Test Back

Breakdown of Costs
The service and exchange IR Filter is £1000 + VAT
The cost of shipping the Back to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT

Please note this repair is only for the Exchange IR Filter, should any other faults be found during the service, then you will be notified of the fault and any additional cost this might incur.

With Phase One's flat rate pricing policy, the following will be repaired under  "Filter Exchange" or if an internal fault is found then "Full Repair" may be added.

Warranty: All repairs come with 6 months.
