Phase One Digital Back Service Check P+/IQ & MamiyaLeaf Credo

What is the Service Check? If your Digital Back is not performing to expectation, a Phase One Service Check is the ideal solution. This comprehensive diagnostic process includes:

• Condition Check & Cleaning: thorough inspection and external cleaning.
• Optimisation: Recalibration and firmware upgrades (if required).
• Port Maintenance: Minor repairs to external ports, including Lens Sync, Motor, and Multi-Connector ports.
• Sensor Cleaning: Cleaning of the IR filter (Note: This covers cleaning only; filter replacement is not included).

Diagnosis & Pricing: If a fault is found, we will identify the issue and advise you of the repair costs before proceeding.

• Minimum Charge: £500 + VAT + Shipping.

Other Charges: Under Phase One’s fixed-cost structure, the maximum fee for a standard internal fault
(Tier 1: Full back repair, Sensor failure, Boards, or Main CPU) An additional £2,000 + VAT  is added to the Service check price.
If an IR filter is required, an additional £500 + VAT is added to the Service check price

Exceptions: Non-standard repairs, such as severe drop damage, may fall outside these pricing tiers.

The Procedure

• Please deliver the Digital Back service point in London. (or select collection and/or return using the tick boxes above)
• We will ship the unit to the Phase One Service Centre.
• The unit will undergo a full Service Check and diagnostic.

Check Firmware Level and upgrade, and repair where required
Check and replace the repair ports
Check and test media ports
Check and test the touch screen interface
Clean the Sensor and IR Filter
Test Back

The service is £500 + VAT
The cost of shipping the Back to Phase One by Secure and Insured International Courier 2x £50 + VAT
Optional - Cost of Collecting from UK address - Secure and Insured domestic Courier £20 + VAT

• Additional Faults: If other issues are discovered during the service, we will notify you of the fault and any additional costs.
• Pricing Policy: Under Phase One's flat-rate system, further repairs will be categorised as either a Filter Exchange or a Full Repair (depending on internal faults).

Warranty: All repairs come with a 6-month.
