Elinchrom Quadra/ELB 400 Pro Head (S Head)

Lightweight head for use with the Elinchrom ELB 400 & Quadra lighting systems. Built to be as portable as possible and weighing only 0.28 kg, this head not only packs well but it is mountable in situations that would be impossible for a full-sized flash head.

The Quadra Pro, although offering a slower fast flash duration than the Action Head, is a great all rounder. It has the highest guide number of all the available Quadra heads, and is Hypersync / Hi-Sync capable with the addition of a Skyport Plus HS Transmitter (or compatible third-party unit). However, for optimised Hi-Sync capability, we would recommend the Quadra HS Head.

Head comes supplied with a 13.5cm 80 Degree Reflector, Multi-Function Diffuser Cap and 2.5M Head-to-Pack Cable. If you need to position your head further away from the pack then additional cables can be purchased and daisy chained together.

The Quadra Pro head integrates a daylight balanced LED modelling lamp that produces the equivalent of 50W of light output. The Quadra Pro Head can be used with all Quadra fit accessories, as well as all standard Elinchrom fit accessories. Use with standard Elinchrom fit accessories requires the Elinchrom Quadra to EL Mount Adpater Mk II (sold separately).
