Cambo Adapting Lenspanel for Canon-EF Lenses (aperture control) MKII

The WRE-CA-MKII  links Canon EF lenses to Cambo WRS and Phase One XT technical cameras. The aperture is set at the adapter. Unlike lenses designed for view camera use, the Canon lenses don't have  built-in leaf shutters. Therefore, the use is limited to digital backs that have on-sensor shutters, like the current Hasselblad CFV and Phase One IQ3 and IQ4 backs.

In general only the Canon T/S lenses have a large enough image circle to be of interest for use with a digital back.

The WRE-CA includes an internal battery, which can be charged with the micro-USB connector.

The WRE-CA comes with a (rechargeable) Powerbank that allows -when fully loaded- for 2 recharges of the internal battery.

Note: this option does NOT work with digital backs that require a lens with a shutter in order to synchronise the triggering back with the lens.

 This product is compatible with the PhaseOne XT system / No data transfer

 Operates electronically the aperture of (almost) all Canon EF lenses with motorised aperture.

Automatically recognises and indicates full aperture range and indicates actual focal length, also with zoom lenses.
