This L-shaped upright can be left permanently under the appliance.

This accessory is very useful in addition to Arca-Swiss ball joints, allowing you to switch very quickly from the landscape position to the portrait position without changing the point of view.
A latch allows the device to be quickly removed.

If you have multiple devices that may use an L-post,
you can use one baseplate ref 802307.4 (below) per additional device.

But in our opinion, it is better to prefer the purchase of the MonoballFix universal rapid plate in L 2 bases ref 802308.5 below if you have several devices:
the latter can indeed be combined with special plates. anti-rotation pin which may be available for either of these devices.
