Sinar Lenses eShutter mount

Sinar eShutter
The revolutionary electronic shutter solution sets new standards in modern high-end photography. Integrated microprocessor controls guarantee the highest precision when working with a view camera and they provide fast shutter speeds of up to 1/125 second.

Systematic Progress
A unique feature is the application of 7-blade technology that results in nearly circular aperture openings. The use of state-of-the-art components and electronics makes the compact and light weight construction possible that permits the assembly on different camera platforms.

The Sinar eShutter is completely integrated into the Sinar System and in addition, thanks to its open architecture, it can also be used with any other system. The aforementioned construction permits unrestricted conversions of existing lenses size “0” and provides an attractive entry into the Sinar eShutter system.

Controlling and operating the Sinar eShutter takes place in a regular manner on a Macintosh or a PC via a USB interface. What is completely new is the intuitive operation by means of up-to-date and widely used communication tools such as the Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod touch: Trendy technologies that not only stand for innovation, but also for reliable and efficient working methods.

Sinar Lenses CEF mount

Sinar Lenses CEF mount

Sinaron Digital CEF
The Sinaron Digital CEF line of lenses is an extensive array of lenses built in a mechanical shutter with focusing mount that is optimally tailored to the resolution of high-end CCD sensors and for the use with the Sinar arTec camera system.
Resolution

The Sinaron Digital CEF line of lenses are made for use on the Sinar arTec camera. Sinaron Digital lenses were designed specifically to meet the high demands of digital photography. All Sinaron Digital Lenses have the resolving power of at least 50 pairs of lines/mm all the way to the edge of the image circle. Sinaron Digital HR Lenses feature a resolving power of at least 60 line pairs/mm. This ensures that the resolving capability of a modern digital back can really be used to its best advantage.

Application:
Sinaron Digital CEF lenses are made to be used the Sinar arTec Hy6 and Sinar arTec HB-V cameras.
Sinaron Digital CEF lenses mounted on a 100 mm lens boards are available in focal lengths from 23 mm to 135 mm: HR 23, HR 28, HR 35, HR 40 (in preparation), 45, 55, HR 60, 70, 90, HR 100, and 135

Sinaron Digital CEF Lenses are operated fully manually, no computer, software or electrical power is required to use them. That makes them ideal to be used in conjunction with the Sinarback eMotion with its on-board battery power supply. With such a combination the photographer can take digital images with the same freedom of movement like in the “old days” – when film was the standard image storage medium. That means there is no hassle with cables, computers, or external power supplies.

Sinaron Digital CEF lenses are adjusted in such a way that when the helical focusing mount is set at the limit stop, the lens is set exactly to focus at infinity.

The well-proven mechanical Copal between-the-lens shutter of the Sinaron Digital CEF lenses provide exposure times of up to 1/500 second. The operation of the lenses is very easy and self-explanatory.

For more detailed information on the Sinaron Digital CEF line of lenses please check with the linked table “Sinaron Digital CEF Lenses”

Operation:
Shutter speeds are 1/500 to 1 second, B, and T
The focusing is done manually by means of a helical focusing mount.
When the focusing mount is set at the limit stop, the lens is set exactly to focus at infinity.
The cocking of the Copal between-the-lens shutter is also done manually.
The aperture can be set from f/4.0 to f/45, depending on the properties of the individual lens.
A dedicated lever allows to fully open the shutter, or to close it to the pre-set working aperture.
A short Hand release cable is delivered with every Sinaron Digital CEF lens.
As a matter of course, all CEF lenses feature an x-contact for flash synchronization.
Flash synchronization is at all shutter speeds.

Sinar Lenses CMV mount

Sinar Lenses CMV mount

Sinaron Digital CMV

The Sinaron Digital CMV line of lenses is an extensive array of lenses with integrated electronic shutters that is optimally tailored to the resolution of high-end CCD sensors.
Resolving Power

Sinaron Digital CMV lenses provide the photographer with maximum sharpness, high contrast and outstanding color fidelity. These lenses have a resolving power of at least 50 line pairs per mm throughout the whole image circle. Sinaron Digital CMV HR lenses have even a higher resolving power of at least 60 lp/mm. In the center, these lenses may resolve even more than 200 lp/mm. This makes Sinaron Digital lenses best suited also for the taking of high-resolution multi-shot images (16-shot).

Applications:
– Sinaron Digital CMV lenses can be used on Sinar p3, Sinar p3 SL, Sinar f3, and Sinar f3 SL view cameras.
_ Sinaron Digital CMV lenses mounted on a 100 mm lens board are available in focal lengths
from 28 mm to 180 mm.
– The compact electronic between-the-lens shutters of the Sinaron Digital CMV lenses provide exposure times of up to 1/60 second and are controlled very precisely by the Sinar CaptureShop™ capturing software. The aperture is set manually.
– When used in conjunction with a Sinar m the internal shutter of Sinaron Digital CMV lenses are automatically bypassed enabling shutter speeds of up to 1/2000 second and the automatic setting and control of the aperture.
– Sinaron Digital CMV lenses can also be operated in conjunction with a Sinarback eMotion. For this, a Sinar p3 SL or a Sinar f3 SL is used together with an “eMotion/CMV Shutter Interface” 552.36.095.
